I captured this photo of these streetlights all in a row, while taking a walk. The sun was setting, and the lights looked as if they were the only bright things in the walkway. I like the complete balance that the photo has; everything is symmetrical.
There are abandoned military bunkers across from the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. They were used in the 1800s, and still stand today. Now, it’s basically a place where graffiti is displayed. My sister and I explored here and I took some photos.
I really love the way that rusted things look. I always try to photograph them when I can. I noticed this cement wall that had drill holes in it, and was extremely old and rusty.
While we were driving in central Florida, we passed by this huge lighthouse, and decided to stop to see it.
I took these pictures of a hallway from the outside, then from the inside. I really liked the contrast between the two; it looks as if it is two different places, when really it is the light that makes it look that way.
I visited an Apollo 1 memorial at the Kennedy Space Center. During the well-known, failed mission, there was a fire that caused the shuttle to fail to launch, killing the three men. In their honor, this memorial was created. I loved the memorial; it was beautiful, and it felt bittersweet going there.
While visiting a park, I saw this really cool looking tree; it was twisted around itself. I really loved the way it looked, in the middle of the parking lot of a park.
I took this photo of some trees that were old, and burnt-sienna red. I really loved the color of the trees; they were dead trees, but the redness looked really nice in contrast with all the green around it.
I took this portrait of myself after finishing three projects in two hours. I was completely exhausted, and I took this picture of myself so I could see what I looked like, right before going straight to sleep.
I took this picture of my uncle’s desk. I really think it shows his un-organization in everything he does, as he has all his papers everywhere. He always talks about “never finding anything” and I think this shows why.
